About Me.

I am Shumiah (Shu-my) Jenkins. I am an ALL-INCLUSIVE coach. All children and adults, deserve a safe adult to teach them. I am a women of Faith, and I believe that we all are worthy of a healthy life. I understand struggles and barriers.The multiple opportunities to pour into our younger generation, I did, and it was awesome. I have coached teens into young adulthood for over 20 years. IDOC educated, in the juvenile justice field, employed for over 6 years in youth corrections and group home community. While raising my 5 children, I added to my family, raising additional children from the community. My home was filled with children. I also worked in the community of Evansville Indiana, church activities, until I moved to Indianapolis. My last child attended ISBVI (Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired) due to a health journey. He walked the stage in 2024 and now he gets to dream, and I get to follow my dreams as well. 

 

I hold a Liberal Arts degree (Psychology focused)1996, Criminal Justice degree 2014, a Ministry "Ministers" License 2024(christian global outreach) for personal ethic and personal accountability conviction. For a great refresher, I received my certification ICF (International Coach Federation) credentials through IAPRC (International Association for Professional Recovery Coach) in 2024.
